About: Lunden
Art is more than what hangs on a wall. Through workshops, youth programs, murals, and creative events, I use art as a tool to bring people together and inspire the next generation.
Growing up in Maryland, I learned that art has the power to unite people from different backgrounds. My work extends beyond canvas paintings into public spaces, youth development programs, community events, and civic projects. Whether creating artwork, teaching children, designing promotional materials, or helping shape public experiences, my goal remains the same: use creativity to inspire connection, positivity, and pride within the community.
As a Maryland native, my artwork is a tribute to the culture I grew up in, heavily influenced by the sounds of Rap and DC Go-Go music. Music has always been a cornerstone in shaping both my art and the community I come from. In the DMV, art is a major part of the culture, uniting people and reflecting the vibrant energy of our world. Through my art, I aim to capture the spirit , positivity, unity, and the diverse elements that make up our shared experiences.
I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, where I honed my skills and developed my personal perspective as an artist. Since those days, I’ve been blessed with a journey that has deepened my dedication to the craft.
